Paris family-of-5 hotels

For most families of five, "Paris" means Disneyland Paris — the Disney hotels at Marne-la-Vallée, about 40 minutes from the city center on the RER A. That is where this list starts: the on-site Disney hotels, checked room by room on Disneyland Paris's official site. Go in knowing the pattern from every Disney resort we have verified: the headline room usually caps at four, and the fifth bed is a named family-room category. Verdicts below are for 2 adults + kids 5, 8, 11.

Paris-specific gotchas

  • Disneyland Paris is not central Paris. The Disney hotels sit at the park gates in Marne-la-Vallée. That is perfect for a park trip and a real commute for a sightseeing trip — decide which trip you are taking before you book the room.
  • The fifth bed is a specific room category. At the Disneyland Paris hotels, standard rooms are typically built for four; family rooms with a sofa bed, pull-down bed or day bed are the categories that reach five. We list the category the hotel itself publishes — if it doesn't publish one, we say so.
  • Disney packages bundle park tickets. Disneyland Paris sells hotel + ticket packages, so a like-for-like price comparison needs the same inclusions. We never display prices — check what the live price includes before comparing.
  • Central Paris plays by harsher rules. In the city itself, rooms are small and five in one room is rare outside suites and aparthotels; two rooms is the norm. This destination page will grow into the city — for now it covers the Disney hotels families actually book for five.
