What to write about
- Data corrections — the most valuable email you can send us. If a number on a hotel page looks wrong, tell us the hotel, the room type, and what looks off. We re-check the figure against the hotel's official page, and if you're right, we fix it and update its verification date. Corrections are how this site stays honest; the method behind them is on our how-we-verify page.
- Partnership and affiliate questions. Hotels, chains, and travel partners who want to talk about listings, data, or working together.
- Site bugs. A page that looks broken, a link that goes nowhere, a verdict that doesn't make sense — tell us which page and what happened.
- Anything else about the site — a destination you'd like covered, a feature you'd use, or a number you wish we tracked.
One thing we can't do
We don't take bookings, so we can't change, cancel, or refund a reservation, and we can't hold a room for you. For anything about an existing booking, contact the hotel or the site you booked through — they'll have your reservation; we never see it.
